• High School Graduate
• Certification to practice as a Home Health Aide/Certified Nurses Assistant or equivalent in the State of Connecticut
• Ability to make meaningful observations regarding the patient
• Ability to recognize patient needs and maintain a professional relationship in dealing with the patient and/or their family member(s)
• Prior experience preferred
